These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Invox Finance AI ("we", "us", "our", "the platform"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the Invox Finance AI platform or its associated services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

Invox Finance AI reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

1. About Invox Finance AI

Invox Finance AI is a AI-powered automated investing platform that connects users with automated trading systems through a single, secure interface. Our platform uses advanced AI algorithms and real-time market data to execute automated trades on your behalf — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Invox Finance AI is designed for both beginner and experienced investors seeking a simplified, technology-driven approach to growing their capital. With a minimum entry point of a verified account and thousands of active users worldwide, our platform provides access to institutional-grade trading tools without requiring prior financial knowledge or manual involvement.

Invox Finance AI does not provide personalised financial advice, portfolio management services, or investment recommendations. The platform is a technology infrastructure that facilitates automated investing activity through partner-backed trading systems. All investment decisions are ultimately the responsibility of the user.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the Invox Finance AI platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

Age: you must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

Legal capacity: you must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your country of residence.

Jurisdiction: you must not be a resident of, or located in, any country or territory where access to or use of the platform is prohibited by applicable law, regulation, or sanctions regime. It is your responsibility to determine whether using Invox Finance AI is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

One account per user: each individual may hold only one registered account on the Invox Finance AI platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether using the same or different identity information, is strictly prohibited.

Invox Finance AI reserves the right to decline registration, suspend, or terminate accounts where eligibility requirements are not met, without prior notice and without liability.

3. Account Registration and Verification

To access the full functionality of the Invox Finance AI platform, you must complete the registration process and pass identity verification in accordance with our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures.

Accurate information: you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and at all subsequent stages. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

Identity verification: you agree to submit valid government-issued identification documents and any additional information requested by our compliance team as part of the KYC process. Verification is required before deposits, withdrawals, or trading activity can be initiated.

Account security: you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your email address, password, and two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account access with any third party. You agree to notify Invox Finance AI immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

Account updates: you are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate. If your personal details, contact information, or financial circumstances change in a way that affects your account status or eligibility, you must update your profile promptly.

4. Platform Services

Invox Finance AI provides the following core services to registered users:

Automated AI trading: the platform's artificial intelligence engine processes over 50,000 market signals per second to identify profitable trading opportunities and execute trades automatically on your behalf, without requiring manual intervention.

Real-time performance dashboard: registered users have access to a live dashboard displaying account balance, active positions, trading history, profit and loss data, and platform performance metrics.

Deposit and withdrawal processing: the platform supports multiple funding and payout methods, including bank transfers (SEPA, SWIFT), cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT), e-wallets, and card payments.

Customer support and onboarding: all registered users receive access to onboarding assistance and ongoing customer support via live chat, email, and phone.

Invox Finance AI continuously develops and improves its platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time with reasonable notice to users. We will not be liable for any losses arising from temporary service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Minimum deposit: the minimum initial deposit required to activate trading functionality on the Invox Finance AI platform is a verified account. Subsequent deposits may be made at any time in accordance with the platform's current funding guidelines.

Accepted payment methods: deposits and withdrawals may be processed via bank transfer, cryptocurrency, e-wallet, or card, subject to availability in your region. Invox Finance AI does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All funds must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.

Processing times: deposit processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with standard platform procedures. Invox Finance AI aims to process withdrawal requests efficiently, though processing times may vary depending on the chosen payout method and applicable verification requirements.

Fees: Invox Finance AI does not charge registration fees. Certain payment methods or third-party service providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside Invox Finance AI's control. Users are responsible for any fees charged by their bank, payment provider, or cryptocurrency network.

Currency: all accounts are denominated in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees may apply where applicable.

6. Risk Disclosure

Trading and investing in financial markets involves significant risk. Before using the Invox Finance AI platform, you must carefully consider your financial situation, investment objectives, and risk tolerance. The following risk disclosures are an integral part of these Terms:

Capital at risk: the value of your investments can decrease as well as increase. You may receive back less than the amount you initially deposited. Never invest funds that you cannot afford to lose entirely.

No guaranteed returns: Invox Finance AI does not guarantee any specific level of profit, return on investment, or trading performance. Past performance of the platform or its algorithms is not a reliable indicator of future results.

Market volatility: financial markets are subject to rapid and unpredictable price movements driven by economic data releases, geopolitical events, regulatory changes, and other factors outside Invox Finance AI's control. These conditions may adversely affect trading performance.

Technology risk: automated investing platforms are subject to technical risks including software errors, connectivity issues, and cybersecurity threats. While Invox Finance AI implements rigorous security and redundancy measures, no technology platform is immune to unexpected failures.

Regulatory risk: changes in applicable laws, regulations, or government policies in your jurisdiction or in the jurisdictions where Invox Finance AI operates may affect the availability of the platform's services or the tax treatment of your investment returns.

By using Invox Finance AI, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these risk disclosures and accept full responsibility for all investment decisions made through or in connection with the platform.

7. Prohibited Activities

In addition to the conduct prohibited under our Abuse Policy, you agree not to use the Invox Finance AI platform for any of the following purposes:

Engaging in any form of market manipulation, including wash trading, spoofing, layering, or coordinated trading activity designed to distort market prices or platform metrics.

Using the platform to process, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from criminal activity, in violation of applicable anti-money laundering legislation.

Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, its infrastructure, other users' accounts, or internal administrative systems.

Deploying automated tools, scripts, or bots to interact with the platform in ways not explicitly permitted by Invox Finance AI.

Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works based on Invox Finance AI's proprietary software, algorithms, content, or brand assets without prior written authorisation.

Using the platform in any manner that violates applicable local, national, or international law, including but not limited to sanctions regulations and tax reporting obligations.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, logos, data, and other intellectual property available on or through the Invox Finance AI platform are the exclusive property of Invox Finance AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for the purpose of utilising Invox Finance AI's services in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, sell, sublicence, or otherwise exploit any part of the platform's intellectual property without our prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of Invox Finance AI's intellectual property may constitute an infringement of our rights and expose you to civil or criminal liability. We actively monitor and enforce our intellectual property rights globally.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Invox Finance AI platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data, and sets out your rights in relation to that data.

By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent for non-essential data processing at any time by contacting our data protection team at [email protected].

The Invox Finance AI platform may integrate with or provide links to third-party services, including payment processors, identity verification providers, and financial data providers. Invox Finance AI does not endorse, warrant, or assume responsibility for the availability, accuracy, security, or content of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party service before providing your personal or financial information.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Invox Finance AI and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

Any loss of capital, profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its automated investing features.

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability.

Any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform's services due to technical failures, scheduled maintenance, regulatory requirements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Any loss arising from your reliance on information, analysis, or performance data provided through the platform's dashboard or communications.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit Invox Finance AI's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Invox Finance AI and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

Your breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.

Your use or misuse of the Invox Finance AI platform or any of its services.

Any content, information, or data you submit to the platform that is false, misleading, or infringes the rights of a third party.

Any dispute between you and a third party in connection with your use of the platform.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

Invox Finance AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

You have breached any provision of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Abuse Policy, or our Cookie Policy.

We are required to do so in order to comply with a legal obligation, regulatory directive, or court order.

We reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity in connection with your account.

You have provided false or misleading information during registration or the verification process.

Your account has been inactive for an extended period and there are outstanding compliance requirements that have not been fulfilled.

Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked. Any outstanding balances will be handled in accordance with our standard procedures and applicable legal requirements. Invox Finance AI will not be liable for any loss resulting from account suspension or termination carried out in good faith and in accordance with these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Invox Finance AI platform shall first be submitted to our customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules in force in Ontario, Canada. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

15. Amendments to These Terms

Invox Finance AI reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes by sending an email notification to your registered address or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Invox Finance AI platform following notification of changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the changes take effect.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from the Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Abuse Policy, and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Invox Finance AI with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
